The No Surprises Guarantee
Building or renovating is a significant investment. Our structured process ensures there are no surprises along the way.
Budget
If we provide a fixed price, that's exactly what it is. You'll receive a detailed scope outlining what's included. Variations are documented and signed before work begins. No admin padding. If we make an error in pricing, that's on us.
Timeline
Where possible, we provide an estimated completion date. Regular site meetings monitor progress. If delays arise, you're told early. If it's within our control, we address it immediately.
Trust
We hold all required insurances and arrange contract works insurance when appropriate. As Registered Master Builders, new builds include a Master Builders Guarantee. A foreman is on site for most of the project, with overall supervision from me. You can contact me directly at any time.
Quality
We don't cut corners. At handover, we complete a full walk-through. Your project includes a 12-month defects period and, where applicable, a Master Builders Guarantee. We check in 6 to 8 months after completion to ensure everything is performing as it should.
Communication
We hold regular site catch-ups and provide updates as required. Most enquiries are responded to within one to two working days, sooner if urgent. If we're running late, we call.

Once plans are available, we review them with you to ensure everything is clear.
Pricing the Project
We prepare a detailed fixed price proposal based on real costs from trusted subcontractors and suppliers.
Contract and Programme
We prepare a formal build contract outlining the scope of work, payment schedule and estimated timeframe.
Construction
Construction begins with a foreman on site managing the day-to-day work while maintaining overall supervision.
Completion and Handover
We walk through the home with you to ensure everything meets expectations, backed by our 12-month defects period.
